Exceptions are: Accidental poisoning, traumatic injury, and congenital defects.
How to Qualify: Schedule first appointment within 2 weeks of purchase. All appointments must be kept, or re-scheduled within 5 days. All vaccines and preventative procedures are to be done as scheduled.
